Supply and Install Soccer Football Field in Alabyar Municipality
- Issue Date: August 08, 2022.
- Deadline for Receipt of Questions: Questions are due by email no later than 14:00 Libya time on August 22, 2022, at [email protected].
- Bidders Conference: Mandatory Pre-Proposal Bidders’ Conference is scheduled for August 15, 2022, at 12:00 PM Libya Time. Prospective Offerors must submit a request to attend the Bidder’s conference via [email protected] by August 14, 2022, at 12:00 pm Libya Time. The bidders’ conference will be held at the site. Details about the location will be shared with Offerors. Bidder’s Conference is a mandatory requirement in quote submission.
- Deadline for Receipt of Proposals/offers: The deadline for receiving Proposals is no later than 23:59 Libya time on September 05, 2022, [email protected] Email only.
- An award will be made based on the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable Source Selection process. The award will be issued to the responsible Offeror submitting the lowest evaluated price that meets or exceeds the acceptability requirements for technical/non-cost factors described in this RFP.
